Services Provided
Virtual services only available when Client is physically located in Maryland or Virginia .
An appointment is required for all services.
If your insurance is not listed above or you live in Virginia, contact your insurance directly to see what "out of network" benefits your plan may have. Some plans allow you to pay the hourly rate up-front, directly to your provider, then submit the bill to your carrier who will then reimburse you directly for the payment you made to your provider. Reach out if you have questions!
If your clinician is not billing your insurance directly, the hourly rate is due at the start of your appointment.
Style
Chloe brings a relaxed and nonjudgemental approach, personal experience (when appropriate and helpful), humor, and lots of visual metaphors into sessions. She is as active of a talker as she is a listener. Style is always adapted to accommodate different ways of learning and processing, with education and empowerment at the forefront of every session.
Approach
Chloe pulls from a variety of evidence based treatment theories to inform the approach(s) used to provide your care. This flexibility allows increased collaboration around exploring and addressing your unique needs and circumstances in ways that you're best able to relate and connect to. While most services tend to follow a humanistic model, all services follow trauma informed, harm reduction, systems based, and anti-oppressive frameworks.
