If your insurance is not listed above or you live in Virginia, contact your insurance directly to see what "out of network" benefits your plan may have. • Initial intake: $175

If your clinician is not billing your insurance directly, the hourly rate is due at the start of your appointment.

Chloe Rice, LCSW-C

Style

While relaxed and nonjudgemental, Chloe is not a "smile and nod" therapist. Expect compassion, but also expect to be challenged. She is as active of a talker as she is a listener, bringing personal experience (when appropriate and helpful), humor, and lots of visual metaphors into sessions. Education and empowerment are essential parts of every session.

Approach

As a social worker Chloe follows a "person in environment" model. This means that therapy will not only look at what's happening internally (such as thoughts, feelings, behaviors, symptoms, strengths, values, potential), but also at what's happening externally (socially, culturally, economically, politically, etc.). Each person is different, so treatment approaches will also be different person to person based on individual needs.

Focus
Some areas of focus include (but are not limited to):

  • trauma
  • anxiety
  • depression
  • ADHD
  • self-esteem & identity exploration
  • suicidal ideation & self-harm
  • grief
  • military issues

Experience and Credentials
