Style

Chloe brings a relaxed and nonjudgemental approach, personal experience (when appropriate and helpful), humor, and lots of visual metaphors into sessions. She is as active of a talker as she is a listener. Style is always adapted to accommodate different ways of learning and processing, with education and empowerment at the forefront of every session.

Approach

Chloe pulls from a variety of evidence based treatment theories to inform the approach(s) used to provide your care. This flexibility allows increased collaboration around exploring and addressing your unique needs and circumstances in ways that you're best able to relate and connect to. While most services tend to follow a humanistic model, all services follow trauma informed, harm reduction, systems based, and anti-oppressive frameworks.
